Date  Activity Time Details April 16 Check-Ins 8am - 6pm Check-ins will take place in the Aspen Village Office.  Please review the information about Check-ins in the following document and call us with any other questions! Click here for Check-in Details.         April 21 Welcome Meeting 7:00pm This is a mandatory meeting.  It is a short introductory meeting required by the school, however you will obtain important information about living at Aspen Village.         May 8 Pancake Breakfast 10:00am-12:30pm Come join us for a Pancake Breakfast.  We will be eating good food, and watching old Saturday morning cartoons.         June 12 Pool Party 12:00pm-3:00pm Summer is finally here and we want you to enjoy it with us!  We will be having a BBQ and Pool party!         July 9 Movie on the Lawns 9:00 pm-12:00am Come enjoy a movie projected onto one of our buildings from the comfort of a blanket on the lawns.  We will have popcorn, cotton candy and soda. The movie will start at Sundown.         July 22-24 White Glove Check outs Vary by Day Check with Office Staff Last day of the semester and move outs. The office will be open extended hours. Check outs are by appointment only and can be made in the Office.
