How to Apply

This completed application will be sent via electronic mail to Aspen village. The $75 application fee and $75 holding fee should be sent ASAP to secure your apartment. Your reservation will become final only upon receipt of the non refundable $150 application fee / holding fee and application. The $75 application fee will remain non refundable. Once a signed contact is received, the $75 holding fee will change from a non refundable holding fee to a refundable damage deposit, to be returned upon completion of contract and inspection of unit.

The earliest postmark on the $150 app fee / holding fee, application and signed contract will determine who will receive a specified room first. If Aspen Village no longer has availability of contracts prior to receipt of your application and deposit, your $150 application / holding fee will be returned to you in full. Roommate and/or apartment preference requests can be made upon application. We will do our best to accommodate the request. No guarantees are implied or expressed.
