on the acceptance and enrollment of your son and/or daughter to
BYU-Idaho! At Aspen Village we are committed to providing your
sons and daughters with quality housing at an affordable rate.
We have a warm, fun, home-like environment within the highest
standards of LDS living. We are BYU-I approved housing for Men
and Women.
Aspen
Village is nestled among 11acres of lush green grass and gardens
in an ideal location on the "Rexburg Hill" directly
across from the Hinckley and Ricks Buildings and immediately
adjacent to the site of the new Rexburg Temple. Not only are
the views of the city spectacular, but we are within easy access
to all of the amenities both BYU-I and Rexburg have to offer.
Our location is ideal for the student getting around campus and
getting around town!
With
our six buildings and 96 units not only do we offer some of
the largest two and three bedrooms available on campus, but we
also offer FREE Utilities, FREE Cable TV,
and FREE WiFi Internet access. Our Facility has one
of the largest club houses in town including a full kitchen...great
for parties and Ward Socials. The Students have an Activity Center
with a beautiful fireplace lounge and large screen
TV, Music Room, Computer Lab, Billiard Tables, Foosball and
Ping Pong Table. Aspen Village also has one of the few Activity
Centers with an Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub! We offer Volley
Ball, Horse Shoes, Barbecues and Picnic areas and 11 acres
to roam! We also offer additional Storage and
Free Reserved Parking.
Aspen
Village has committed itself to an enriched social calendar
for our Residents. Our Resident Activities Director has Monthly
events planned for the upcoming year including Concerts, BBQ's,
Indoor Water Competitions Enrichment Seminars and many more.
